When you ordered something through the StormX app, a shopping trip will appear on the “Rewards” page. A separate order is called a “Shopping Trip”.
When you click on the specific shopping trip (You’ll find the specific trip by checking the “pending” status). You’ll see multiple things;
- Status: Shows the current status of your shopping trip.
- Shopping Trip ID: this is the Shopping trip ID, when there is a problem we need this ID to track the trip from our end!
- Order ID: this is the ID of your specific order.
- Start Date: The date the trip was started and completed (if completed)
- Your membership rewards: This shows your current membership bonus.
