With the release of our new Discord, we also added a Ticket bot to our server for issues our community experiences.
The Ticket bot is another addition to our Customer Care Service towards our users! Another layer to discuss app-, chrome button-, staking- or any other issue with us!
Do know that this ticket but is not a replacement for our standard support platform (zendesk).
So, how can you use the Ticket bot? Let me show you!
When you have an issue, navigate to the #open-ticket channel and click on the envelope emoji. Once you clicked it, a new window will open, called #ticket-numberofticket.
Once you go to this channel (This channel is private so others wont see it) you can explain your issue with us and we will come back to you as soon as possible!
Again, this is not a replacement for the standard way we solve tickets, and we might still ask you to send us a ticket through e-mail.
