The most common reasons you're not getting rewarded are...
- You have previously installed or used the app before, you will not be rewarded for installing or using it again.
- You have another reward app installed on your device.
- You have opened the app before from another app, like Facebook or another rewards app.
- You have a jailbroken/rooted device.
- You haven’t engaged with the app enough. Try to sign-up for an account, advance a few levels, complete tutorial, etc., even if the task states “Install and Open”.
- You haven’t waited long enough; it can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours to verify the task completion.
- You did not follow the task requirements (i.e. reach level 5, make a purchase, etc.)
- You are connected to VPN.
- You are using an emulator.
- You are downloading a lot of apps at once and playing them sporadically (3 hours later, one day later, etc.)
We want you to get rewarded. We only get paid if you get rewarded!
If any of the above factors affect you, we have no way of troubleshooting or resolving the issue. We only issue the rewards when we receive a notification that a task has been completed. We only get paid if you get rewarded, so we would like for you to earn the rewards, too!
I still didn't get rewarded, what do I do?
You can apply for missing task rewards if you did not receive rewards for the task you completed. If you qualify, you will be credited for the missing bolts. Please submit a ticket to apply for missing task reward and be sure to include the following:
- Screenshot of the task from inside Storm Play
- Screenshot showing that you achieved the outlined requirements for that task (this should show if you’ve fulfilled task requirements or show how much you’ve played within the app)
*** Missing bolts will ONLY be issued if you provide ALL items listed above
