Phone number, first name, last name, Coinbase email address, ETH Address, ERC-20 wallet address, task completion history, earning history, withdraw history, device information, Facebook account, Google account, location information, picture, and IP Addresses.
After you earn a certain amount of cryptocurrency, we are required by law to collect information for tax purposes. If you are a U.S. citizen, we need a W9 IRS form. If you are a non-U.S. citizen, we need a W8BEN IRS form. We follow all legal requirements.

How long do we keep hold of your information?
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies. How long we retain personal information can vary significantly based on context of the Services we provide and on our legal obligations.
For legal reasons, we must keep the following data for 7 years: Phone number, first name, last name, Coinbase email address, ETH Address, ERC-20 wallet address, task completion history, earning history, withdraw history, and W9/W8BEN IRS forms.
For fraud detection purposes, we hold the following data for at least 1 year: IP addresses, device information, and other information used to detect and deter fraud.
You can request to have the following data removed, else it will be removed along with the above data after 7 years. This includes any data not listed above, including but not limited to: Facebook account, and Google account.

Where is my data being stored?
We may process and retain your personal information in secure cloud service servers in the U.S.
How can I access the information Storm holds about me?
Most information is stored within the app itself. If you would like to see all the information we have, please submit a ticket with the title "User Information Access Request" at https://help.stormx.io.
For security purposes, you will be required to validate your account information before we can share this information with you.
How can I update the information Storm holds about me?
You can update some information within the Storm app. Other information will need to be updated manually. If you would like to update your information, please submit a ticket with the title "User Information Update Request" at https://help.stormx.io.
For security purposes, you will be required to validate your account information before we can edit this information with you.
How can I revoke consent for the data I have provided?
By doing this, your account be deactivated, and your phone number cannot be used to create a new account for 1 year.
For legal reasons listed above, some data cannot be removed. The data listed above that does not have a legal dependency will be removed.
Some data will also be kept for 1 year for fraud detection and prevention.
If you wish to grant consent again, please submit a ticket with the title "Grant Consent" at the link above. This action will reactivate your account.
