If the "Missing Bolts" form is not available, you can manually report by sending an email to email@example.com. In this email please include the following information:
- Name of the task
- Any screenshots that prove completion of the task goal that you have. If the task requires a certain level, please make sure it is shown on the screenshot. If the task includes downloading the app, make sure you take a screenshot of the app open on your device.
- Email account and/or phone number that is registered to your account in Storm Play. Once you have submitted this, you shall receive an acknowledgment from our team.
- Please mention that the missing bolts button is not working when you report the issue.
