When you didn’t get rewarded for completing a task, it means that something is up.
If this happens, proceed with the following steps.
If you cannot submit a support ticket in the app, you can email us at email@example.com. In this email, please include the following information:
- Name of the task
- Any screenshots that prove completion of the task goal that you have. If the task requires a certain level, please make sure it is shown on the screenshot. If the task includes downloading the app, make sure you take a screenshot of the app open on your device.
- Email account and/or phone number that is registered to your account in StormX. Once you have submitted this, you shall receive an acknowledgment from our team.
