How does the StormX Rewards program work?
The StormX Rewards program further increases a user's earning and saving potential using a number of benefits based on the reward level you are in. Users will be rewarded in StormX (STMX) token which helps increase the user's level over time.

Increased Crypto Back Rewards
This benefit increases the crypto back reward you will receive for your qualifying purchase by a percentage amount.
Below is an example of a bronze rewards member getting rewarded for a qualifying purchase at The ABC Store.
The ABC Store has a crypto back percentage of 10%
$10 purchase x 10% = Original $1.00 crypto back reward
Additional Bronze Reward Benefit
25% x $1.00 = $0.25 in STMX tokens sent to your rewards wallet
Total Reward = $1.25
$1.00 + $0.25 in STMX tokens sent to rewards wallet
Decrease Reward Time
Some membership levels such as Diamond level offer a decreased reward time benefit. This decreases the time you have to wait to get rewarded, also known as the refund period. Typically, this refund period is 90 days, but if you are a diamond member the timer can be reduced significantly.
For example, a diamond member has a decreased reward time of 75%. Instead of waiting 90 days for their reward, they would only wait 22.5 days.
90 days x 75% decreased reward time = 22.5 days left to wait

How do I change my wallet?
To prevent abuse of the rewards program we do not allow users to change their connected wallet or to connect to a wallet that they do not have direct ownership of. We prove this by having the Reward member verify ownership. Otherwise, it would be possible for a user to connect their wallet to any wallet on the blockchain with a large balance and claim that they should receive those benefits.
If you accidentally lose access to your wallet permanently and need to change it you can contact support by submitting a ticket at the link at the top of this page.

What rewards are subject to change?
Since the rewards program is so new we may need to modify the benefit types and amounts. Reasons for modification include preventing the abuse of the program so all users can benefit from it long-term.
